Ford & Harrison Receives Top Client Service Honor
Atlanta -

ATLANTA – Clients of national labor and employment law firm Ford & Harrison LLP gave top reviews to the firm’s commitment to quality client service, according to the annual Survey of Client Service Performance for Law Firms.  The survey was compiled by the BTI Consulting Group (BTI), which ranked Ford & Harrison on their “Client Service A-Team” for the third year in a row.

In addition to the overall ranking, Ford & Harrison was also recognized as among the best law firms in each of the following specific client service arenas: “Providing Value for the Dollar,” “Bringing Together National Resources,” “Dealing with Unexpected Changes” and “Handling Problems.”

“Some time ago we developed our Client Service Promise, which clearly and concisely laid out for our clients exactly what they can expect from the attorneys at our firm. I’m very excited that our commitment to quality client service has been so visibly successful,” said Lash Harrison, managing partner of the law firm.

The consulting firm interviewed 250 corporate counsel at large companies in order to compile the information for the survey. According to BTI, client assessments of outside counsel are unsolicited in an effort to incorporate the “most robust technique to measure client perceptions.”

The BTI Consulting Group (BTI) is the leading provider of strategic market research to law firms and professional services firms. BTI performs more market research about law firms than virtually anyone. They conduct the only continuous benchmarking market study in the legal services industry based on more than 1,600 independent interviews with General Counsel and key decision makers that hire law firms.

Ford & Harrison is a national labor and employment law firm with nearly 200 lawyers in 18 offices: Atlanta, GA; Asheville, NC; Birmingham, AL; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Jacksonville, FL; Los Angeles, CA; Melbourne, FL; Miami, FL; Memphis, TN; Minneapolis, MN; New York, NY; Orlando, FL; Phoenix, AZ; Spartanburg, SC; Tampa, FL; and Washington, DC.  Lawyers in the firm represent employers in labor, employment, immigration and employee benefits matters, including litigation, in issues involving national and international jurisdictions.  More information can be found at www.fordharrison.com
